Green Drinks Lou is a casual monthly meet-up of community members and organizations. Each month we host different speakers from across the city to educate and inform the community on local happenings, projects, and initiatives. Each presentation is followed by Q&A, discussion, and networking.

  • What Will We Learn About?

Hauck’s owner Jeff Walschon will speak about the process of restoring the 110 year old building while preserving as much of the original building materials as possible. Louisville Metro Historic Preservation Officer Savannah Darr and District 15 Councilwoman Jennifer Chappell will speak about the importance of historic preservation for the culture and history of our urban neighborhoods.

  • Will There Be Drinks?

Hauck’s has a full bar including local craft beers on draft, as well as a food truck.
